Preserving humanity, creativity, and real connection in the emerging world.

Something in you is ready.

Not just ready to feel better, ready to find out who you actually are now. Who you’re becoming. What’s possible when you stop managing the old life and start building the real one.

You’ve done the hard part already. You’ve survived. You’ve held it together. You’ve grown in ways you can’t quite put into words yet.

And now something is shifting, quietly, insistently, toward something new.

Maybe you’re in recovery and the real work of becoming yourself is just beginning. Maybe an old identity doesn’t fit anymore and you can feel a new one trying to emerge. Maybe you’re standing at a threshold you can’t quite name, knowing only that you’re not going back.

This is the moment I’m interested in.

Not what’s been wrong with you. Not the diagnosis or the damage or the deficit.

The emergence. The becoming. The person who’s been in there all along, waiting for the right conditions to come forward.

I’m Corinne.

I spent nearly a decade in traditional mental health and recovery, and I have deep respect for that world. It saves lives. It creates stability.

But the question it rarely asks is the one I’m most interested in:

Who were you before the world told you who you were supposed to be?

That question is the beginning of everything we do here.

How we work together:

Privately, in high-touch 1:1 coaching, your path, your pace, completely yours.

Or shoulder-to-shoulder in a small group container, where you’re witnessed by others standing at their own threshold. Not analyzed. Not fixed. Just genuinely seen, supported, and empowered, while you do the creative, embodied, surprisingly joyful work of becoming more fully yourself.

Because here’s what I’ve watched happen over and over:

When people finally get the right conditions, the right questions, the right space, the right company, they don’t just heal.

They come alive.

For people in recovery, spiritual transition, identity shift, or anyone ready to see what they are really capable of.
